    The story behind the birth of Queen Bee Coffee is simple - to simply produce great coffee. Queen Bee Coffee blends are roasted slightly darker to a medium roast. This results in a bolder and fuller-bodied flavour profile with reduced acidity that is perfect for milk coffee or black coffee drinkers, making it an overall crowd pleaser. If you prefer a stronger coffee, you’d love this range of coffees.

    Entering the national and international coffee competitions since 2018, our blends have won 7 awards in total with Queen Bee Original blend winning the only Gold Medal for WA in 2018. This was the biggest turning point for Queen Bee Coffee. Since then, it has become a well-known go-to coffee among everyday coffee drinkers with access to the coffee from your local cafes and gourmet supermarkets. It doesn’t stop there. In 2020 and 2023, the roasters of Queen Bee Coffee won the Overall Champion Roaster in the Golden Bean Coffee Roasting Competition (Australasia) putting a humble West Australian coffee roaster at the top of the coffee industry in the country.

ABOUT OUR COFFEE

  • Where is your coffee source from?
    We source only the finest coffee from across the globe, ranging from Ethiopia to Brazil to Papua New Guinea and more.

  • Do you roastlight, medium, or dark?
    We roast our Queen Bee blends range to be medium-dark, making it the perfect option for espresso, milk-based coffees, or even filter.

  • How should I store my coffee?
    In an airtight container, ideally out of any direct sunlight.

  • I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
    Reach out to our support team ASAP via orders@queenbeecoffee.com.au and make sure to include your full name, order number, as well as the correct postal address.

  • I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking link to track your order.

  • How long does shipping take?
    All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Shipping estimates are as follows:
    Perth Metro – 3-5 business days
    National and Regional – 7-10 business days

  • How much does shipping cost?

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns on coffee due to it being a fresh and organic product. However, if there has been an issue with the coffee on our behalf, reach out via orders@queenbeecoffee.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will correct this.

For merchandise and equipment, we do not typically refund for change of mind, however we will assess each return on a case-by-case basis. If there is a major defect, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take up to 7 days to process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Subscriptions

  • How does the coffee subscription work?
    You simply select the coffee blend you wish to subscribe to on Products page, scroll down and then select the subscription frequency from a one-time purchase through to weekly, fortnightly and monthly. You will then purchase the coffee and then the subscription will be automatically debited from the same card every week, fortnight or month.

  • How do I manage my subscriptions?
    Head to your account, on the right side under ‘Account Details’ you will find ‘Subscriptions’ which is where you can modify/cancel or pause any current subscriptions.

  • I need to change the delivery address
    Head to your account, on the right side under ‘Account Details’ you will find ‘View Addresses” which is where you can modify your address.
